When you place an order, sign up for the newsletter, or contact us, we collect:

- Payment information (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers)

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:

Children's privacy
HUDDYS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Data retention
We keep order and customer information for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally seven years for transaction records. Newsletter subscribers' information is retained until they unsubscribe.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected customers of any data breach as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site.
