Shipping Policy

This page explains where, when, and how HUDDYS ships orders. If you have a question about a specific order, email hello@huddyseyewear.com with your order number and we will respond within one business day.
Where we ship
At launch, HUDDYS ships to the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and US military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. We expect to add Canada and select international markets in 2027 — sign up for the newsletter to be notified.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the following business day. During launch periods or sales, processing time may extend to 2-3 business days; we will note this on the site if it applies.
Shipping speeds and rates
- Standard (3-5 business days): $6 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.
- Expedited (2 business days): $14 flat rate.
- Overnight (1 business day): $28 flat rate. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day for same-day dispatch.
All shipping speeds reference business days after the order ships. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email within a few hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking within one business day of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us.
Pre-orders
HUDDYS Edition 01 is currently sold as a pre-order. We charge your card at the time you place the order and ship when the production run is complete. The expected ship window is shown on each product page and is updated weekly. If a pre-order is delayed by more than 30 days from the original ship window, we will email you and offer a full refund or the option to wait. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors and any household members who might have collected it. If it is still missing 48 hours after the delivery scan, email us and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. For damaged packages, photograph the box and contents before unpacking further and send the photos to hello@huddyseyewear.com within 7 days of delivery.
Address changes
We can update an address only before the order ships. Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot reroute the package. Please double-check your address at checkout.
