HUDDYS sunglasses are made to be worn every day. We want you confident in the pair before, during, and after the first drive. This page covers our return window, our exchange policy, and our 1-year warranty.

30-day return window

You may return any unworn pair of HUDDYS sunglasses for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the pair must be in unworn, unscratched condition with the original case, microfiber cloth, hangtag, and authentication card included.

Pairs that show signs of use — scratches on the lens or frame, missing accessories, removed hangtag — may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or a refusal at our discretion. We assess every return individually and will email you if there is an issue.

Pre-orders The 30-day window starts on the delivery date, not the order date. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@huddyseyewear.com with your order number and the reason for return. We respond within one business day.
  2. We will email you a return authorization (RA) number and the return address.
  3. Pack the pair carefully in the original case and gift box. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3-5 business days after it arrives), we issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid labels at this time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and the return brings the order total below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange one pair for another, place a new order for the pair you want and return the original under the standard returns process. This gets your new pair to you faster than waiting for a return-then-reship cycle.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your pair arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong SKU, email hello@huddyseyewear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the pair at no cost to you, including return shipping. This applies to manufacturing defects and shipping damage only — not damage caused after wear.

1-year limited warranty

Every pair of HUDDYS sunglasses is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers:

How to make a warranty claim

Email hello@huddyseyewear.com with your order number, photos showing the defect, and a brief description of how the issue appeared. We will respond within one business day. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the pair at our discretion. If the original SKU is no longer in stock, we will offer a comparable replacement or a credit toward a current SKU.

HUDDYS sunglasses are not eyewear medical devices. They are non-prescription, non-polarized fashion eyewear designed for daytime use. They are designed to be compatible with HUD-equipped vehicles. If you have specific vision needs, consult your optometrist.
